Our principles and recognized practices in governance have allowed us to develop rigorous policies and management systems that are applied to all of our activities.

The conduct of our administrators, managers and employees is governed by a Code of Conduct, which expresses the various principles, rules and directives defining ethical behaviour. All employees and administrators of Veridion must read and sign this Code when they are hired, and every year thereafter.
