Veridion is headed by a dynamic, committed management team, with a balance of technical, administrative and business-related skills and the experience needed for the challenges implicit in our enterprise.

 

  

René St-Germain (MBA, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIA) President – He has over 20 years of pertinent experience in training and project management, as well as in information system audits and the related field of risk management. A bilingual manager, he has expertise in the implementation of governance and IT compliance frameworks. With training in both management and IT, he has developed a multidisciplinary approach focused on tangible results. He has directed projects in Europe, North America and Africa, and is appreciated for his great ability to analyze complex issues and manage intercultural teams. A recognized expert, he is involved in the professional community and is invited regularly to speak to both business audiences and IT professionals. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Executive MBA), as well as a Graduate Diploma in Electronic Commerce. As a member of the national advisory committee for the development of security standards (SC27), he participates in the development of ISO 27000 standards. He holds the following designations: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and ISO 20000 Certified Internal Auditor.

 

  

Eric Lachapelle (MBA, CISSP, CISA, CISM) CEO – He is specialized in training and consulting services in information security, and more specifically on ISO 27001. He has over 15 years experience in the field of management and training in various countries, particularly in Asia and Latin America. Before creating the company Veridion, he was Director in charge of sales and strategic partnerships for the company Callio Technologies, which is specialized in software development on information security. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology, a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master's Degree in International Management. Speaker at numerous symposiums and conferences, he is a trainer for the Standards ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and BS 25999.
